Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Hotels F&B Operations to join our team at Legoland, Windsor. This role is responsible for the daily management of all food and beverage outlets across 3 hotel restaurants and bars, as well as our corporate event space.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of food and beverage operations within the 3 hotels
- Lead, manage, motivate, and inspire the food and beverage operations teams
- Ensure seamless and timely communications between the food and beverage department and all other departments within the hotel
- Control food and beverage wages and costs and budgets carefully
- Foster a culture of teamwork and five-star customer service ethos across the team and champion guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Large-scale food and beverage operations experience is essential
- High-end resort hotel or venue experience is highly desirable
- Current experience as a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of F&B, or Hotel Operations Manager is preferable
- A self-motivated, driven, guest-orientated, and proactive attitude is also required
- The ability to prioritize activities, communicate, plan your time, and coordinate F&B operations across multiple outlets is required
- Proven, successful people management and leadership experience is essential
- Have a solid understanding of health and safety cultures and the ability to train out policies and procedures
