Job Description:

We are seeking an Electrically Qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Apleona Careers team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with experience in delivering planned preventative maintenance and additional works.

This role involves working on-site at the University of Hertfordshire campus, participating in an on-call rota within the site-based team, and having flexibility to undertake non-electrical tasks within the contract scope.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing various assets across the site, including equipment, buildings, or infrastructure. This may involve working at high-voltages and undertaking complex electrical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of planned preventative maintenance and additional works
  • Reactive fault finding, repairs, and installations
  • Participation in an on-call rota within the site-based team
  • Flexibility to undertake non-electrical works within the contract scope

Requirements:

  • Electrically qualified multi-skilled maintenance engineer
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake non-electrical tasks

Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum
