Job Title: Business Transformation Analyst

Join The Airedale Group, a leading provider of commercial kitchen design, installation, and maintenance services, as we embark on an exciting digital transformation journey. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Analyst to support our internal projects, working closely with key stakeholders to identify business needs and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and deliver business process improvements, leveraging business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements, generate system specifications, and implement digital solutions within our Design and Install department.
  • Review and enhance our quotation systems, CRM, and finance processes to improve operational efficiency and deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Conduct vendor assessments, including cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies, to ensure successful implementation of new systems.
  • Partner with project managers to develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with timelines and budget.
  • Provide training sessions for end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure seamless system adoption.
  • Measure and report on the benefits realized from new systems, including improved turnaround times, enhanced customer satisfaction, and streamlined financial processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum four years' experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the design and installation industry.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, with experience in digital transformation projects and knowledge of current digital technologies and trends.
  • Experience with CRM, Quotation, and Finance software, as well as working within an agile project management framework.
