We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at The Airedale Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal digital transformation projects, working closely with key stakeholders to identify business needs and facilitate process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse current quotation systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Document existing processes and workflows to understand pain points and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to understand their needs and expectations.
- Develop detailed specifications for system enhancements based on gathered requirements.
- Ensure specifications align with business goals and user needs.
- Work with finance teams to understand their requirements for system improvements.
- Identify potential vendors and evaluate their solutions against specifications.
- Conduct vendor assessments, including cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies.
- Partner with project managers to develop and execute project plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and budget.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the project team.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
- Measure and report on benefits realised from new systems.
- Ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field.
- Minimum four years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Industry experience in design and installation would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders.
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with digital transformation projects and knowledge of current digital technologies and trends.
- Experience with CRM, Quotation and Finance software would be highly beneficial.
