Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and delivering business process improvements, working closely with key stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct process mapping, design, and user requirement gathering to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions within our Design and Install department.
  • Review and enhance our quotation systems, CRM, and finance processes to improve operational efficiency and deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Collaborate with vendors and project managers to implement solutions and ensure seamless integration with back-office finance processes.
  • Conduct vendor assessments, including cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies, to identify the best solutions for our business needs.
  • Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with timelines and budget.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the project team, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum four years' experience within a Business Analyst role, preferably in the design and installation industry.
  • Industry experience within design and installation would be highly beneficial.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects and knowledge of current digital technologies and trends.
  • Experience with CRM, Quotation and Finance software would be highly beneficial.
  • Experience in working within an agile project management framework.
