Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a rolling contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully collecting, analysing, and managing data to support business objectives.

This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with multiple teams, solve complex business problems, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site 3 days a week to ensure seamless collaboration with key teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support business decision-making processes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across relevant systems. Identify opportunities to improve business processes using data-driven insights.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports that present data findings and insights to senior management.
  • On-Site Collaboration: Be present on-site 3 days a week to collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on data collection, data analysis, and management.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week.
About the Role:

This is a rolling contract with a minimum commitment of 3 months. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site 3 days a week to ensure seamless collaboration with key teams and stakeholders.
