Studio Management Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Project & Studio Manager to lead our Client Services team and drive successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative agency and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. As a Project & Studio Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they're delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
You'll work closely with our Account Directors and Account Managers to develop and implement project plans, coordinate internal and external resources, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyse project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Studio Management Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key delivery partners and suppliers.
- Source and onboard new supplier partners, as required.
- Oversee internal audit processes to maintain ISO:9001 accreditation.
- Champion best practices in project management and workflow optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise.
