Job Role: HR Partner Specialist

 

As an HR Partner Specialist at Connect2Halton, you will play a pivotal role in the HR operating model, supporting HR Business Partners in delivering an exceptional HR partnering and support service across the Council. Your key responsibilities will include providing central support for employment lifecycle policies and processes for managers, employees, and colleagues.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance on people management areas, including absence management, grievances, conduct, and capability issues.
  • Act as a focal point for HR initiatives and support the development of policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner team to share best practice, mutual support, and collaboration on HR initiatives.
  • Support the promotion of two-way communication to ensure continuous improvement in HR service and practice.

  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Resilience and self-sufficiency in a fast-paced environment.
