  • Engaging with residents daily to provide support and assistance;
  • Signposting information on local services and resources;
  • Inspecting properties to identify maintenance requirements and reporting these to the relevant authorities;
  • Liaising with contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential setting;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • An enhanced DBS check is required.
