About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Housing Management Specialist to join our team at Muir Group Housing Association.

As a key member of our Tenancy Services Team, you will work closely with customers to provide tailored support and services, ensuring they receive the best possible experience from our organisation.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage tenancies effectively, resolving issues promptly and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving positive change within our services.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset. Strong organisational abilities, problem-solving, and analytical thinking are essential.

We offer a competitive salary package including £36,461 per annum, plus car allowance £4,021, reflecting the cost of living in Chester. This position is full-time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.
