Support the Inpatient Hub in a Varied Role

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Administrator to join our administration team at Ancora House, supporting our Inpatient Hub. As a Ward Administrator, you will be expected to organise and prioritise your workload, ensuring deadlines are met and urgent work is accommodated.

This is a 32-hour per week fixed-term role, providing comprehensive administrative support for the Tier 4 Service. You will work on Indigo Ward and be expected to work across all areas as required.

About Our Team

Ancora House is a child and adolescent mental health service, consisting of two wards and various teams. The inpatient wards provide person-centered acute care for young people aged 14-18. Our multidisciplinary team comprises nursing, occupational therapy, psychology, family therapy, and psychiatry.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the Inpatient Hub, working closely with the clinical ward team.
  • Organise and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and accommodate urgent tasks.
  • Work across all areas of Ancora House, including Indigo Ward and the Tier 4 Service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Evidence of good typing skills and an RSA 111/NVQ Level III qualification in an admin-related subject or equivalent.
  • An educated standard of English Language to undertake the job role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and organisational skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,257 - £33,031 per annum, depending on experience. CWP offers a range of benefits, including up to three weeks' induction, access to training programs, and a commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
