Environmental Performance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an Environmental Performance Specialist to join our Asset Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing and delivering our environmental plans to reduce energy and carbon across our housing stock.
In this position, you will work closely with the Asset Management team to set and meet our sustainability goals, reduce our carbon footprint, and support initiatives that align with our customer commitment to providing safe and quality homes.
You will be responsible for analysing property performance data, identifying and recommending grant funding opportunities, and supporting the creation and execution of our planned and environmental investment programmes.
Your key objectives will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions across our housing stock
- Analysing property performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend cost-saving initiatives
- Identifying and recommending grant funding opportunities to support our environmental investment programmes
- Working closely with the Asset Management team to set and meet our sustainability goals
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for data analysis.
