About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Support Specialist to join our team at Henmarth in Gloucester. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a cohesive and encouraging environment for children aged 8-18 in our 3/4 bedded Children's Home.
