We are working with a property management company based in the West-End seeking a Graduate Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Department.


The ideal candidate will provide support to the accounting department, preparing financial statements, issuing receipts and invoices, and maintaining accurate records. The successful applicant will also have good keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.


Key responsibilities include data entry, filing, scanning, and printing, as well as working effectively as part of a team. Chasing invoices and credit control tasks will also be an essential part of the role.


In terms of desired experience, the successful candidate should possess strong Microsoft skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. A graduate degree in Finance and Accounting is highly desirable.


The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 per annum, commensurate with industry standards for a Graduate Accounts Assistant in London.
