Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Host. As a key member of our support functions, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and respond to their requests in a professional and personable manner.
- Handle patient interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, resolving complaints and assisting with inquiries.
- Schedule patient appointments and ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Manage the multi-phone line system, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.
- Process payments, invoices, and customer details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring a quick turnaround of documents.
- Assist with bookings, post collection, and distribution, as well as generating letters as required.
- Monitor stocks and order goods when necessary.
- Contribute to maintaining well-presented facilities and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a retail, hospitality, or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and put people at ease.
- Great time management and flexibility, with the ability to switch tasks and support as needed.
- IT literacy and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
- Confidence and ability to work under pressure, with a natural ability to empathize with patients and demonstrate genuine care.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
