Growth and Revenue Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Growth and Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our GTM Business Value Consulting team at Stripe. In this role, you will work with senior stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and revenue for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue for customers
- Measure and articulate the value of Stripe's products and services
- Craft high-impact narratives and presentations for executive-level audiences
- Build strong relationships with regional sales leaders to drive strategic account planning and engagement
- Contribute to the creation and management of library assets, including value frameworks and sales assets
- 7+ years of professional experience, ideally with 3-5 years in a value management/business value services role
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solution Architects, Pricing, Marketing, and Implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas
- Creative and self-motivated, with a proven track record of executing initiatives and handling conflicting demands
$180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
