We are looking for a talented Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing commercial processes and driving alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in revenue or sales operations, with proficiency in CRM systems (D365 preferred) and experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot). You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial leadership to develop innovative operational solutions, streamline cross-functional processes, and establish standardized best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive alignment and optimize commercial processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (D365 preferred).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
