We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for leading our customer service operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.

You will oversee the delivery of customer support services, ensuring that all customer queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. Your role will also involve coaching and developing team members, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, verbal and written fluency in English and German, and practiced contact centre/customer service experience. You will work well independently and as part of a team, with strong empathy and an awareness of customer/user loyalty drivers.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, 22 days annual leave, life assurance, contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and comprehensive travel insurance.
