Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Office Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of business processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or operations role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
