As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the office operations, including administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and office efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the growth and success of the company.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or office management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
