Our client, a small med-tech scale-up, is seeking a Customer Service and Office Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily running of the office and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or office manager position, with the ability to handle incoming customer queries. Some experience with email marketing or social media management would be an asset.
