Our client, a small med-tech scale-up, is seeking a Customer Service and Office Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily running of the office and providing exceptional customer service.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or office manager position, with the ability to handle incoming customer queries. Some experience with email marketing or social media management would be an asset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to improve client satisfaction
