Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily office operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients and candidates, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the office is running efficiently.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and office productivity.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or office management role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
