Customer Service and Office Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small med-tech scale-up as a Customer Service and Office Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, and supporting the CEO in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage the office administration, including maintaining accurate records, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Support the CEO in their daily tasks, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the office is running efficiently.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and office efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or office management role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of using Mailchimp or similar marketing tools.
