About the Role

This Customer Experience Specialist position at Square One Resources requires a seasoned professional with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The successful candidate will develop and execute B2B CRM strategies, driving global scale initiatives within our Centre of Excellence.

We offer a flexible working arrangement with 2 days spent working from home, and a competitive salary of £52,500 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. CRM Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies that align with business objectives, collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments.
  2. Insights and Data Analysis: Leverage internal insights teams to gain valuable learnings and optimize CRM strategies, creating advanced data segments.
  3. Campaign Planning: Create data-driven campaign plans and bespoke lifecycle programs to increase engagement and loyalty among targeted customer cohorts.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes and achieving strategic objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record in SFMC campaign design and implementation.
  • Customer-centric approach with expertise in personalization and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, and experience with CRM platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets.
