Job Overview

Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists is seeking a CRM Strategist to lead the development and implementation of our CRM strategies across email, SMS, and in-app messaging. As a key member of our team, you will drive engagement, retention, and growth for our clients by creating highly personalized experiences that build brand loyalty and optimize customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, testing, and reporting.
  • Build and optimize customer journeys to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze customer data to understand behaviors, preferences, and trends.
  • Leverage customer data to create dynamic, personalized campaigns that drive engagement and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop automated workflows to streamline and enhance CRM processes using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Regularly measure and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all CRM communications align with brand tone, style, and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within a digital or marketing agency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Highly proficient in data analysis with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging messages and presenting data insights.
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
