**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Brokerage and Tracking Officer. This role will involve working with young people in Tower Hamlets to provide careers information, advice, and employability support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide careers information, advice, and guidance to young people in Tower Hamlets.
- Make referrals to education, employment, and training providers.
- Support young people to overcome barriers to learning and increase their confidence.
- Work with young people to develop their employability skills and provide support with job applications and interviews.
- Collaborate with local schools, colleges, and community organizations to provide a comprehensive support service.
**Requirements**
- Experience of working within an Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) or job placement environment.
- Experience of working with vulnerable young people who are at risk of becoming Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET) or who are NEET.
- Experience of partnership working or multi-agency working.
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment with an understanding and knowledge of barriers young people face in accessing opportunities.
