About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our new store in Bedgrove, Aylesbury. As a key member of our Charity Retail Team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, while promoting Gift Aid and the Hospice Lottery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent retail offer for the local community.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve agreed income targets - sales, Gift Aid, and Hospice Lottery.
  • Recruit, induct, train, and retain volunteers, promoting a happy and productive working environment.
  • Provide line management for the Assistant Manager, offering effective support, training, and personal development.
About You
  • Proven experience in managing a team in charity or fashion retail.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a team to achieve sales targets in a customer-facing retail environment.
