About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer and Trading Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your team's performance and time effectively
  • Plan and execute shift patterns, product availability, and busy times to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Report to the Store Manager and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Provide a thorough handover to the next Manager at the end of each shift
