We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity's new store in Bedgrove, Aylesbury. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing profit, and promoting Gift Aid and the Hospice Lottery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent retail experience for our customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve income targets, including sales, Gift Aid, and Hospice Lottery.
  • Recruit, train, and retain volunteers, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
  • Provide line management for the Assistant Manager, offering support, training, and personal development.

About You

  • Proven experience in managing a team in a charity or retail environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a team to achieve sales targets in a customer-facing retail environment.
