Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Holland and Barrett. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be an excellent leader, responsible for:

  • Recruiting, coaching, training, motivating, and setting clear expectations for your team
  • Acting as a role model for world-class customer service
  • Driving financial performance with sales targets
  • Maintaining stock accuracy
  • Setting up store promotional plans
  • Ensuring full compliance with health and safety

You will be supported by your Regional Manager and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our training programs, including our "Qualified to Advise" and "Healthy Expert" qualifications.
