About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Retail Store Manager to lead our brand new shop in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the shop, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and maximize profit
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the shop and its products
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Manage the shop's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on sales and marketing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work positively with people of all abilities and backgrounds
  • Highly motivated and creative, with a keen interest in fashion and/or donated product
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry large quantities of stock
