About the Job
We are recruiting an experienced mental health nurse or practitioner to join our CAMHS Young Peoples Team, working with young people aged up to 18 years old.
The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing and managing mental health disorders, taking a lead professional role in care planning and delivery.
The successful applicant will be able to work autonomously, using their expertise to provide comprehensive mental health assessment, treatment, and diagnosis.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage mental health disorders in young people
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support
- Participate in training and development initiatives
