Mental Health Administration Assistant

**About the Job:**
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Administration Assistant to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administration services to our mental health teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing referrals, data inputting, and supporting the wider teams as per service needs. They will also perform general administration duties, requiring good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and excellent IT skills.
This role involves telephone and written correspondence with patients, Service Users, liaising with family members/carers, GPs, and other primary care services, as well as external NHS services or partner agencies.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administration services to our mental health teams.
- Manage referrals, data inputting, and support the wider teams as per service needs.
- Perform general administration duties, requiring good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and excellent IT skills.
**Requirements:
We are looking for someone with administration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on their own and in a team. You should be highly organized with good planning skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
