Job Overview

We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider offering Specialist Mental Health Services. Our homes provide person-centred care to adults with mental health needs, carefully developing and adapting services to meet individual requirements. Our Support Workers work collaboratively to create a positive impact on the service experience of people with mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering person-centred support using a supportive approach
  • Measuring outcomes specifically tailored to individual needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool
  • Working days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
Requirements
  • Experience in a caring environment preferred
  • Able to maintain good communication skills, engage, and interact with Service Users
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Confidence to work alone and as part of a team
