Mental Health Support Worker

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 based on the UK national average for a similar position in the mental health sector.
Job Description: As a helpline recovery worker, you will be a key member of our team, providing support and guidance to callers experiencing difficulties with managing their mental health. You will use your ability to think on your feet to help callers manage their distress and provide crisis support where needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Ideally, our candidate has experience in the mental health sector and has a good understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental health issues. You will need excellent communication skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
