Crisis Support Worker Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled Adult Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln. This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience supporting adults in crisis due to mental health decline.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of mental health issues and at least 6 months of experience working in social care, preferably with a focus on mental health. Key responsibilities include participating in a varied rota and having excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Mental health knowledge
- 6 months of social care experience (preferably mental health focused)
- Flexibility for varied shift patterns and sleep ins/waking nights
- Excellent communication and empathetic approach
