Adult Mental Health Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Adult Mental Health Team Lead to join our team in the East Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of social workers and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of social workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
- To develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- To monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and identify areas for improvement.
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker (CSW/CQSW/DipSW/BA/MA in Social Work).
- Proven leadership and management experience in a social care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience. The salary range is based on the estimated annual salary for this role considering factors such as the location, industry standards, and job requirements.
