Mental Health Team Manager

Leicestershire County Council is an organisation committed to improving mental health services across the county.
As a permanent Mental Health Team Manager, you will be part of a cohesive management team supporting adults with mental health needs to lead the best lives they can. This role will involve managing staffing budgets and staff performance, ensuring effective and efficient team capacity, capability, and delivery.
You will provide technical and professional support to team members, manage resources, and ensure the effective management of team performance and resources.
A key aspect of this role is embedding the 3 conversations approach and asset-based practice to inform commissioning approaches. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of working within Leicestershire County Council and interagency/partnership working, as well as understanding the challenges of working within mental health and social care.
The salary for this role is approximately £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity, flexible working options, and opportunities for career development.
