Job Title: Mental Health Team Leader

The Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and organizing the work of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement new ways of working to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure effective care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the delivery of care to ensure it meets the standards required by regulating bodies

Requirements:

  • Experience in mental health care and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies
  • Knowledge of the National Health Service and its policies and procedures
