About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with anorexia nervosa.

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including mental health nurses, therapists, and assistant psychologists, to deliver educational and therapeutic groups, meal supervisions, and one-to-one support.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with patients, carers, and community teams to ensure effective care planning and delivery.

The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, creating patient-centred care plans, and implementing and reviewing plans of care. You will also provide supervision to less experienced staff and contribute to the training and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health and physical health assessments
