Head of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team at beBee Professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales and Marketing or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
