About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy Manager to join our EU LCS team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  2. Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and procedures
  4. Provide sales enablement and training to sales teams
  5. Identify and prioritize sales opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  6. Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions

About the Team

The EU LCS Regional Sales Ops Team is responsible for identifying opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, drive efficiency, and realize those opportunities through scalable strategies, mechanisms, and frameworks.

Requirements

  1. Significant experience in sales, sales strategy, sales enablement, business development, product management, or program/project management
  2. Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects
  3. Excellent business judgment and experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams
  4. Ability to empower teams and cultivate high-caliber talent
  5. Understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including advertiser/brand, agency, and publisher objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Proven data-led thinker who gathers insight to drive action
  2. Ability to provide thought leadership and influence as strategic partners to sales leaders without direct authority
  3. Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
