About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our EU LCS team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing the sales operations team, acting as a trusted advisor to collaborators, and translating business needs into clear project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the EU LCS Sales Operations team to drive sales productivity and efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to collaborators, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth.
- Oversee the development and expansion of select strategic initiatives within high-growth areas of the business.
- Develop and implement programs, tools, and analytics to increase sales productivity and drive business results.
- Plan, design, and oversee the tactical execution of key initiatives, building and managing roadmaps to achieve results.
- Identify gaps to goals, build mechanisms to close, implement change with peers within leadership, monitor impact, and enable ad sales to deliver on ambitious targets.
About the Team
The EU LCS Regional Sales Ops Team's mission is to identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, drive efficiency, and to realize those opportunities through scalable strategies, mechanisms, and frameworks.
Requirements
- Significant experience in sales, sales strategy, sales enablement, business development, product management, program or project management.
- Significant experience delivering cross-functional projects.
- Significant experience managing, evaluating, and communicating results to senior management.
- Significant experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Excellent business judgment and experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
- Ability to empower teams and cultivate high-caliber talent.
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including advertiser/brand, agency, and publisher objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven data-led thinker who gathers insight to drive action.
- Ability to provide thought leadership and influence as strategic partners to sales leaders without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
- Fluency in authoring six-page narratives on complex topics using simple prose.
- Comfort sourcing data across disparate internal and external systems to synthesize insights and recommended actions.
