Job Title: Governance and Compliance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Governance and Compliance Manager to join our team at Compass Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of governance and compliance across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement governance and compliance strategies to ensure the organisation's regulatory requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on governance and compliance matters.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure the organisation's risk profile is managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Governance and Leadership Team to ensure effective governance and compliance practices are in place.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and manage incidents and deviations to ensure effective resolution and learning.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure teams are aware of governance and compliance requirements.
  • Research and implement best practices in governance and compliance to ensure the organisation remains up-to-date with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in governance and compliance, preferably in a healthcare or related sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to research and implement best practices in governance and compliance.
