Montu UK is seeking a Governance and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's governance and compliance practices are robust and effective.

The successful candidate will have a clinical background in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or allied health, and will be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while working with several regulators.

You will be responsible for managing governance and assurance across our services, ensuring patient and staff safety remains paramount. You will work closely with the Head of Governance and Leadership Team to support arrangements for governance and corporate and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage governance and assurance across our services
  • Work with regulators to ensure compliance
  • Support the Head of Governance and Leadership Team
  • Develop and implement governance and compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Clinical background in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or allied health
  • Experience of regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
