Job Overview:

Project People seeks a highly skilled Executive Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Directors. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing complex tasks, and driving departmental success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the Director's diary, tasks, and administrative services.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, handle confidential information, and track processes.
  • Schedule appointments, prepare meetings, and organize departmental events.
  • Oversee the award process, including policy development, nomination collection, and selection organization.
  • Maintain external relationships and contribute to business development.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Procurement team on procurement, invoicing, and expenses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business Administration, HR, or Psychology with a focus on Management or specialized qualification preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese required.
  • Advanced MS Office and design software skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum based on experience and location.
