Director of Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to manage strategic partnerships and drive business growth within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value supplier relationships and leading successful account management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Leverage industry knowledge and networks to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers at high-value suppliers.
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or business development, preferably within the utilities industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
