Reporting to the Retail Chief Underwriting Officer, you will develop market-leading pricing and underwriting capability to support delivery of the Retail plans and strategy. In this role, you will be accountable for the Pricing Projects and Development for the Retail team primarily in support of PCW Car but will include the full breadth of Retail products covering Car, Van, Home, and Telematics.

This requires a relentless focus on understanding performance through a broad range of indicators and delivering frequent, effective, and innovative actions using a combination of data, commercialism, experience, and judgement.

A key leader within the Retail CUO team:

  1. Deliver key Pricing Projects into customer pricing for all Retail products.
  2. Demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial focus.
  3. Apply strong financial and statistical knowledge.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary £85,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Bonus opportunity – 12% of annual salary, actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's targets.
