Are you passionate about supporting individuals to achieve independence in their lives? We are seeking a Supported Housing and Wellbeing Worker to join our team at Rocasa Consulting in High Wycombe.

About the Role

This is a temporary to permanent position working on shift rotation, 37.5 hours per week including weekends. The successful candidate will be offering accommodation and support to local individuals, helping them with mental health, substance misuse, and homelessness to become more independent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic support to service users, addressing their complex needs and promoting independence
  • Work closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders

Salary: £29,848 per annum (or approximately £15.30 per hour PAYE)
