Key Responsibilities- Transport patients to and from healthcare settings, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding in high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transfers and minimize disruptions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and transport.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
